Customer Support Associate - Nights & Weekends (Remote)

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for users outside of Eastern Time (EST/EDT) business hours, providing top-notch support, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless platform operations.
In this full-time, US-based remote role, you'll engage directly with the community, diagnose technical concerns, and escalate critical matters as needed. Your exceptional communication skills, technical aptitude, and passion for helping others will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 user support via Zendesk email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
Act as an advocate and onboarding specialist for users, providing a world-class experience
Collaborate with the broader support and engineering teams to flag incidents or issues that require escalation
Synthesize insights from user interactions and surface critical issues to the Engineering team
Diagnose and resolve non-complex technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Customer Support processes and resources
Requirements:
Experience in customer support or a similar field in a high-growth environment (ideal but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple ones
Motivation to help others and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to solve complex problems end-to-end, mitigating delegation whenever possible
Nice to Haves:
Experience with DeFi, knowledge of blockchains, and experience using crypto wallets
A passion for the Uniswap ecosystem and its mission
