Customer Success Specialist(Samarkand)

Our team is growing rapidly in the EMEA region and is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to increase the revenue of our clients (hoteliers) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. You’ll analyze clients’ current setup - website, booking engine, PMS, OTA presence - identify growth opportunities, and build clear recommendations to boost efficiency and profit. Through regular calls and on-site meetings, you’ll guide hoteliers in implementing solutions that drive measurable results.Main KPIs: revenue growth, at least 15 in-person meetings per month, and the number of successfully implemented recommendations.
