Job Description:
Coca-Cola is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Specialist to join our team in our Seattle, Washington location. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and... service.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are being met and their expectations are exceeded
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive resolutions
- Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and satisfaction
- Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback and ensure their ongoing success
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable and dedicated work ethic
- Visa sponsorship and work from home capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
