About the Role: Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in providing education and support to our extensive network of nearly 3,000 Partners. You’ll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring our Partners are fully knowledgeable about our products and solutions and are successful using them to grow their businesses. This is not just a support role—it’s a relationship-building opportunity where you’ll directly impact the success of educational institutions and the students they serve.

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home within the Central Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time Zones. We believe in empowering our team members to do their best work in environments where they thrive.

How You Will Make an Impact


Partner Education and Support: Educate and support our Partners via phone calls and emails, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with our Partners, serving as their trusted advisor and coach.
Guidance and Coaching: Advise Partners about our tools and help them find success through personalized recommendations.
Problem-Solving: Provide in-the-moment problem-solving, support, and education on our tools, technology, and services.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated, successful team that values collaboration and mutual support.
Continuous Engagement: No two days ever look the same—embrace the variety and excitement that comes with supporting a diverse Partner network.

Education: Four-year college degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The target base pay range for this position is $41,000 to $55,000. This range represents arenaflex's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting.

It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range; however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
