Engage directly with 5-7 customers to configure and implement AI solution according to functional and performance requirements. High touch, white glove approach.
Driving user happiness by being in-charge of deployment at some of our key clients.
Develop and maintain good relationships with the clients and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction to assure exceptional results with regular visits
Based on requirements, develop solution concepts and system architectures together in coordination with engineering team.
Collaborate with the product owners, business users and technical team to design and implement solutions.
Work closely with client’s technical team to understand requirement and draft solution proposals integrate with customers’ existing systems.
Work Location – Remote but candidates need to be located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, New York, West Virginia, Tennessee, or Arkansas.Passport is a must have given frequent travel to clients in USA, Brazil and ColumbiaRequired Skills, Competencies & Experience:

4+ years of SaaS CSM experience firm requirement
Managing BoB of $2-$3+ MM & some past experience in cross-sell and up-sell
Previous experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors is a huge plus
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and objectives, and tailor our platform solutions to align with their goals
To be open to share, communicate and discuss with colleagues and demonstrate open tolerance to recommendations and to learn and implement solutions as a team.
Ability to develop Healthy Customer Relationships, enhance customer training and product usability.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.

Expected salary: $100000 - 120000 per year
