Youâll manage strategic relationships with corporate customers and franchise groups, ensuring they drive ongoing value from the platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, youâll guide users through adoption, maximize product utilization, and identify growth opportunities. In this cross-functional role, youâll partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to elevate customer outcomes and satisfaction. This is a dynamic position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about customer success.Accountabilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their business needs and workflows
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure high product engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction
Identify and execute on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the commercial team
Act as the customerâs internal advocate, providing feedback to product and development teams
Troubleshoot adoption blockers and provide tailored solutions to ensure long-term platform value
Represent the company at client meetings, events, and trade shows as needed
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Experience role within a SaaS environment
Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Vitally
High emotional intelligence with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-changing startup environment
Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
