Your Role at arenaflex
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our Borrower Success Team. In this role, you'll be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, working directly with student loan borrowers to help them navigate our tools and successfully enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and wants to make a tangible difference in people's lives.
As part of our team, you'll receive comprehensive training that will quickly transform you into an expert in the student loan landscape. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our users, handling inquiries via email and live chat with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. This position is a remote, full-time contractor role for up to five months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring based on performance and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
Borrower Engagement: Interact with borrowers via email and live chat, providing personalized guidance on arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' unique needs
Application Processing: Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program requirements
Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of arenaflex's product offerings and stay current on changes in federal student loan policies and programs
Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement ideas and automations that can help scale the team and improve operational efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the borrower, bringing user feedback to life by collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings
Team Achievement: Partner with the Borrower Success Team to achieve individual, team, and company growth goals aligned with our social mission
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of borrower interactions and transactions in our internal systems
What We're Looking For
