Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty), your primary responsibilities will include: Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing Processing new and/or amended enrollments Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: An active resident license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance A high school diploma or GED Passion for helping others Patient and empathetic nature Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English) Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or sales Knowledge of insurance industry products and services Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues What's in it for You?
