Customer Service/Front Office
Come join the team! Pest Control Technicians, Inc. is a family run business looking to expand our office team! We are looking for someone to fill the role of Customer Service/Admin to manage calls, provide best solutions to all callers, and help keep our office running smoothly. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company with both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Answer, screen and respond to phone calls
ā¢ Provide solutions, pricing, and contracts for new clients
ā¢ Respond to current client requests
ā¢ Perform other clerical office duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, office supply inventory
ā¢ Schedule appointments
Skills
ā¢ Proven work experience as phone based Customer Service Rep, Sales Rep, or similar role
ā¢ Data Entry
ā¢ Strong organizational skills
ā¢ Solid written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
ā¢ Upbeat disposition
ā¢ A/R experience a plus!

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 ā 28.0 per week
