Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing clear and concise information on arenaflex processes and policies. * Maintaining excellent response times across various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries. * Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting potential solutions to enhance customer experience. * Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, billing, and lab teams, to resolve customer inquiries and drive patient satisfaction. * Effectively communicating, resolving, and documenting billing-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Participating in projects that drive process improvements and innovation. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum high school diploma or equivalent. * 1+ year of customer service experience. * Previous healthcare or call center experience is strongly preferred. * Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred. * The ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps). * Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce). * Bilingual a plus. **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (or state/local minimum wage, if higher).
