Job Description As a Customer Service Supply Chain Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in managing our supply chain relationships with valued customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless order management, resolving issues promptly, and guaranteeing on-time delivery and accurate invoicing. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to identify trends and drive efficiency for our customers and blithequark. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of supply chain relationships with assigned customers, including processing purchase orders and resolving any issues that may arise during the order-to-invoice process. Establish and maintain positive, effective relationships with key internal and external customers, including Regional Sales Managers, Brokers, Warehousing, Transportation, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, and IT. Utilize our SAP order management system to process customer orders, complete order changes, and monitor compliance for all assigned accounts. Proactively identify order trends and patterns to drive efficiency for customers and blithequark. Audit pricing on customer orders to ensure alignment with our SAP system, working closely with Regional Sales Managers, Brokers, and Finance to correct discrepancies. Process various types of customer orders, including sample requests, donation orders, and return orders. Support Regional Sales Managers with requests for samples, product availability, and delivery inquiries. Liaise with Commercial Master Data and Sales to edit, add, and inactivate customer entities in our SAP system. Navigate multiple software environments, including SAP, 3rd Party Logistics, and SPS Commerce. Qualifications and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) setting or a similar role in supply chain or logistics. A bachelor's degree is preferred; additional experience will be considered in place of a degree. Proficiency in SAP order-to-invoice processing and reporting, as well as intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships. Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience in account management and business development. Working Conditions This is a fully remote position based in Chicago, with regular business hours and a minimum of 40 hours per week. You may be required to work varying hours due to special projects, deadlines, or other business needs.
