Key Responsibilities Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences Use your knowledge of blithequark's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs Guide customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience Mentor others as your skillset expands, and contribute to the growth and development of our team Achieve sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment. You should thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, have good listening skills, and a strong customer focus. A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn and master new technologies are also essential. You should be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business and meet the minimum technology requirements.
