Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to support a top-performing organization in the industrial services industry. In this role, you will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional handling of client inquiries. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate with internal departments, and implement process improvements to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: β’ Supervise daily customer service operations, ensuring all inquiries and orders are processed efficiently. β’ Evaluate phone and email communications for quality assurance. β’ Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. β’ Obtain and analyze all necessary information to address product and service inquiries. β’ Oversee new customer setups and maintain accurate customer databases. β’ Process orders, forms, applications, and requests while meeting service deadlines. β’ Organize and prioritize workflows to align with customer timeframes. β’ Communicate and collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution and order coordination. β’ Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency. β’ Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. β’ Manage mail, faxes, express packages, and special projects. Qualifications: β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team of at least 2β4 people in an industrial services or related industry. β’ Associateβs degree preferred. β’ Previous B2B experience strongly preferred. β’ Typing speed of at least 60 WPM and proficiency in ten-key data entry. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn other software applications. β’ Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills. β’ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. β’ Ability to handle change, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. β’ Skilled in problem-solving and maintaining attention to detail. β’ Positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation.
