Requirements:

4. Proven negotiation skills to handle challenging customer situations and find mutually beneficial resolutions.
5. Experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in using customer service tools and technology, including CRM systems, email platforms, and live chat platforms.
7. High level of computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a virtual team.
