Customer Service Specialist - Fully Remote
Will be working 100% remote and must live in 1 of 4 locations: Tempe, AZ, Woodbridge, VA, Marlton, NJ, or Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities:
The Rep, Customer Service I handles customer service inquiries and problems.
Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50+ calls daily
Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customers needs and then route them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED is required
Must be available to work any 8 hour shift between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am to 11pm EST, will be assigned a shift and potentially might have to work occasional half days on Saturdays down the line
1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
Outbound dialing and collections experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience
