About the Role As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, addressing their inquiries and providing comprehensive information about their association with blithequark. Your expertise and dedication will ensure that our members receive the support they need, fostering a positive and lasting relationship with our organization. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Ascertain the nature of the call and record information in the Communication Log, utilizing our proprietary systems to look up member information and provide relevant details to the caller. Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department, ensuring seamless issue resolution. Transfer callers to the relevant queue if the issue is complex, such as claims or authorizations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Utilize online resources to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. Manage your time effectively to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner. Meet or exceed minimum key job accountabilities established for the Customer Service Representative position, driving performance excellence. Document all calls accurately and thoroughly, maintaining comprehensive records. Participate in weekly staff meetings and other gatherings to discuss issues, foster teamwork, and drive departmental collaboration. Respond to requests from internal and external customers, demonstrating flexibility and a customer-centric approach. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for further development. A minimum of one year of customer service experience, with inbound call center experience being a significant advantage. Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to our proprietary systems. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers and colleagues. To ensure seamless communication and collaboration, you'll need: A stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
