About the Role: Customer Service Specialist I As a Customer Service Specialist I at blithequark, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our Customer Service Group. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries via phone and email, handling orders, product availability, pricing, delivery service requests, billing, and resolving issues through the appropriate channels. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask will ensure seamless customer interactions and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely resolutions to their queries and concerns. Manage and maintain organized customer files and accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Utilize our CRM database to update and manage customer information, leveraging prior experience with CRM systems. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Logistics and Manufacturing departments, to meet expected product lead times and handle service requests from customers. Provide technical and administrative product information and documentation to the field sales organization, supporting their efforts to fulfill customer requirements effectively. Work closely with the sales organization to ensure seamless customer interactions and satisfaction, providing crucial administrative support. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A highly professional demeanor, with the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels. Prior experience with order processing systems using an ERP or CRM system. A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with the life sciences industry or a related field. Knowledge of spatial biology and related technologies.
