Ā Communicate with account holders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer questions and process transactions.

Ā Follow departmental processes to process transactions and provide information and solutions to customers.

Ā Maintain a broad understanding of financial services products, industry terms, and product-related statements.
Requirements
Ā Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Ā Previous customer service experience required.

Ā Intermediate or above level proficiency with computer skills, Microsoft Office products, and typing required.

Ā FINRA Series 6 or 7 registration desired, but not required.
