Document and Report Issues Identify, document, and report software bugs or usability issues to the development team.
Create and Update Support Resources Assist in writing or updating FAQs, help articles, and troubleshooting guides.
Assist with Onboarding Guide new users through the initial setup and features of the software.
Provide Feedback Offer insights and recommendations to improve software usability based on customer interactions.
Follow Up with Customers Ensure customer issues are resolved by following up and confirming satisfaction.
Escalate Complex Issues Identify and escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain Customer Records Accurately document interactions, feedback, and troubleshooting steps taken in a CRM or internal system.
Stay Updated on Product Changes Keep up with software updates and new features to provide accurate support.
Collaborate with Teams Work closely with developers, designers, and managers to improve user experience and product functionality.
