Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies, providing guidance and support to clients in their cloud journey. Develop and implement cloud strategies for clients, taking into consideration their business needs and goals. Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' current IT infrastructure and make recommendations for cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that align with clients' requirements and industry best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the cloud industry and use this knowledge to continuously improve and enhance our services. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to educate them on cloud technologies and best practices. Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot clients' cloud environments, providing timely resolution to any issues that may arise. Assist in the sales process by identifying potential clients and showcasing our expertise in cloud technologies. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them maximize the benefits of their cloud solutions. Collaborate with our internal teams to identify areas for improvement in our cloud services and processes, and make recommendations for enhancements.
