Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at a local auto body shop. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Ā Greet customers and assist with inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email.
Ā Schedule appointments and provide accurate information regarding services and pricing.
Ā Coordinate with the auto body technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Ā Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ā Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ā Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Ā Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Ā Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus.
Compensation
