Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing professional and timely solutions. Identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution. Follow up on complex customer interactions, providing a seamless experience. Accurately record details of customer interactions, maintaining high-quality records. Develop rapport with customers, delivering an upbeat and positive experience. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with a strong understanding of call center operations and best practices. Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs (required). Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required), with the ability to communicate effectively in writing. Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah. In addition to these qualifications, you'll need to possess: An excellent customer service attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. The ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience truly memorable. A friendly, confident, and self-starting personality, with a positive and proactive approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
