Your responsibilities will include handling orders, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are required.
Responsibilities:
Perform clerical work according to standard procedures
Answer and transfer phone calls, greet customers, update reception logs, process faxes and unassigned e-mails.
Input customer information accurately and assist customers as needed.
Skills/Experience Desired:
High school diploma or GED
Competency in email, Excel, Word, Calendars, etc.
Systematic and capable of organizing multiple jobs/activities at a time
