Position Overview: Customer Service Representative

Product Knowledge Expertise: Stay current on arenaflex's extensive product offerings, including our diverse range of merchandise across multiple categories. Your in-depth product knowledge will enable you to guide customers effectively, recommend suitable alternatives, and answer questions with confidence and accuracy.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism. You'll listen actively to understand concerns, offer solutions that meet customer needs, and strive for quick and satisfactory resolutions that turn negative experiences into positive ones.
Inventory Management Support: Assist in maintaining optimal store inventory levels by monitoring stock, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring accurate product availability. Your attention to detail will help prevent stockouts and ensure customers find what they need.
Cash Handling & Transactions: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, debit, and electronic transactions with precision and integrity. You'll maintain proper cash handling procedures and balance registers at the end of each shift.
Safety & Compliance Adherence: Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. You'll contribute to a safe shopping environment by identifying potential hazards, following emergency procedures, and adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers. You'll communicate effectively with team members, support during peak times, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Customer Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to management, identifying trends, suggestions, and areas for improvement. Your insights will help shape future initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:


Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certification in customer service, retail management, or related fields is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and passionate about customer satisfaction.
