Key Responsibilities
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
Ā Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies, claims processes, and service options.
Ā Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the company database.
Ā Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ā Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
Ā Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.
Ā Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Ā Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
Ā Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Ā Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
Ā Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ā Knowledge of the health insurance industry is a plus but not required.
