As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our back-office operations, working closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to resolve cases and ensure seamless delivery of care. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process patient accounts, researching and scheduling new prescriptions or refilling existing ones, while ensuring timely delivery of medication. Conduct outbound calls to resolve patient cases, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. Work efficiently to process a minimum of 11 tasks per hour, meeting productivity standards and contributing to the success of the team. Maintain accurate records and update patient information in our systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pharmacists, nurses, and other customer service representatives, to resolve complex cases and improve patient outcomes. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a Call Center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 1 year of experience in inbound calling, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. 1 year of experience in the healthcare, insurance, or claims industry, with a understanding of the complexities and nuances of these sectors. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex cases and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet analysis, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process data. Preferred Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic record and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. Additional experience in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet analysis, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports.
