Key Responsibilities

As a National Accounts Associate Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's operations team. Your responsibilities will include:


Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate and helpful information about products and services
Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns, analyze problems, and offer effective solutions while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Dispatch Coordination: Process and dispatch client requests to the appropriate field teams, ensuring timely service delivery
Follow-Up Activities: Conduct follow-up communications with customers and field personnel to confirm resolution and gather feedback
Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input and maintain customer information, service records, and transaction details in the system
Invoice Preparation: Generate and review invoices, financial statements, and related documentation
Report Generation: Create reports, letters, and correspondence as required by operations and management
Document Management: File, retrieve, and organize corporate documents, records, and reports efficiently
Correspondence Handling: Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and electronic correspondence
Response Management: Prepare timely and professional responses to incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining data privacy and security


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of skills, experience, and personal attributes:

Education & Experience

Education: Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 0-2 years of customer service experience preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Industry Familiarity: Interest in or basic understanding of the pest control industry is a plus
