About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline ambassador for our Health Texas project, providing critical customer care and benefit enrollment services to our clients via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from a diverse range of consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and representatives acting on their behalf, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and in accordance with our performance standards, policies, and procedures. Track and document all inquiries using our applicable systems, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer queries. Complete associated tasks according to established guidelines, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team. Meet and exceed Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics, showcasing your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. Transfer or refer consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines, demonstrating your knowledge and understanding of our processes. Escalate calls or issues to the designated staff for resolution as needed, showing your ability to handle complex situations with ease. Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all our clients. Attend meetings and training sessions as requested, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems to stay ahead of the curve. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundational education. 0-6 months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, showing your potential and eagerness to learn. Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required, as we'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.
