What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school graduate or equivalent education
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software

Experience in the insurance industry or with insurance products
