Customer Service Representative (Remote in Florida)
Overview:**
We are seeking a full-time, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning customer service organization. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with customers, research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions, and operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness. **Responsibilities:**

Ā Engage with teammates, direct Manager, and other team members across many levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools
Ā *Qualifications:**
Ā 2 years of customer service experience
Ā Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
Ā Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Ā Proficiency in using computers and internet to search for information
Ā Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company
Ā Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
Ā Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā Must be able to pass a background check
