Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and detailed information about our products and services. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, and maintaining customer records. Key Responsibilities


Provide Product and Service Information: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
Process Orders and Transactions: Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, and maintain customer records.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and to identify areas for improvement.
Stay Updated on Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, and handle administrative tasks as needed.


Essential Qualifications


High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical for resolving customer issues.
Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite, is required.
Customer-Focused Attitude: A friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude is essential for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience with CRM Software: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, but not required.
