Provide accurate information about our services, appointment scheduling, and vision care products
Assist patients with their appointments, both virtually and on-site, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
Resolve patient concerns, process requests, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Handle insurance questions and billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in our system
Provide support to the clinical and administrative teams when needed
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in both virtual and on-site settings
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools)
Ability to work independently from home or collaborate in an on-site team environment
