Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first contact for our customers, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations. Position Type: Full-Time In-Office Position
Location: North Liberty, IA (2320 Landon Rd, North Liberty, IA 52317)
Compensation: $19.10 per hour / $38,486.50 annually

Key Responsibilities


Customer First Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, providing exceptional service from the first interaction
Billing Inquiries: Answer questions regarding billing, payments, and account balances with accuracy and professionalism
Policy Modifications: Process policy changes including coverage updates, address changes, vehicle modifications, and driver information updates
Product Recommendations: Assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for insurance products and coverage options
Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction standards
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computer systems
Product Knowledge: Stay current on arenaflex insurance products, rates, and industry regulations to provide accurate information
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in every interaction


Essential Qualifications


Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
Location Requirement: Must be able to commute to our North Liberty, IA office at 2320 Landon Rd, North Liberty, IA 52317
Technical Skills: Solid computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Multitasking: Ability to handle high-volume work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
Availability: Must be willing to work evening shifts and weekend shifts after completion of training


Preferred Skills & Experience


Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
Background in insurance, financial services, or related industries
Experience with CRM software and phone systems
Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult customer situations
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) – a plus but not required
Previous experience in a high-volume, performance-driven environment

Training is conducted in-person and provides you with the foundation needed to excel in your role. Most schedules will include evening and weekend shifts after completion of training.
