About This Opportunity

Our Pharmacy Benefit Management division at arenaflex is currently seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of health care delivery, assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans and answering questions that matter to their health and well-being.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative in our Pharmacy Benefits division, you'll play a critical role in simplifying health care for our members. Your responsibilities will include:


Member Support: Take inbound calls from arenaflex plan members regarding their prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescription services
Problem Resolution: Address member questions and concerns with empathy, patience, and expertise to ensure they fully understand their coverage and options
Solution Guidance: Offer personalized solutions that simplify the health care experience for each member you interact with
Health Care Education: Learn and share knowledge about health care topics, prescription medications, and insurance benefits to help members make informed decisions
Compliance Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and governmental compliance requirements throughout all interactions
Documentation: Accurately document member interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our systems
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with evolving health care policies, medications, and company procedures
Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call handling efficiency, and accuracy


Schedule & Work Environment

We understand that life extends beyond the workplace. That's why we offer flexible schedule options designed to accommodate your personal commitments. This is a full-time position where days off and hours may vary based on business needs. Scheduled start times will vary and rotate to support our 24/7 operation, with site hours operating from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time.

For those who qualify, we offer Work from Home flexibility. To succeed in a remote environment, you must maintain your own internet connection meeting our approved speed requirements, have a secure workspace free from distractions, and successfully complete our comprehensive training program.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:


Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV
1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military environment
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable using multiple computer applications and navigating various systems simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent post-secondary education
Previous experience in pharmacy, health insurance, or medical customer service
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, productive approach to challenges

Exceptional reliability and commitment to scheduling standards
Ability to exhibit patience and empathy while expressing assurance and confidence

Bilingual capabilities (Spanish is a plus but not required)
