Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through our service offerings. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction.

You will work from the comfort of your home, utilizing our state-of-the-art communication platforms and customer management systems. Key Responsibilities


Inbound Call Handling: Professionally answer incoming calls from customers seeking information about our landscape, tree services, and home improvement offerings. Listen attentively to their needs, answer questions, and provide detailed information about available services.
Outbound Call Operations: Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct satisfaction surveys, and maintain relationships with existing clients. This may include cold calling to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
Needs Assessment: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and pain points. Use this information to recommend appropriate services and solutions that meet their needs.
Lead Segregation and Categorization: Organize and categorize contacts based on the type of service they require, ensuring efficient routing to the appropriate department or service provider.
Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments for customers seeking small-scale services and jobs. Coordinate with our field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Document issues thoroughly and escalate priority concerns to the appropriate Sales executives or management.
Sales Support: Work closely with Sales executives to close deals over the phone. Learn and apply effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
Product and Service Knowledge: Continuously improve your knowledge of our landscape, tree services, and home improvement offerings. Stay updated on new services, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
System Proficiency: Utilize various web applications and mobile platforms to manage customer information, track interactions, and update records. Become proficient in using our CRM and booking systems.
Estimate Preparation: Prepare service estimates for customers, send estimates and invoices, and accurately record payments and pending payments in our system.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by Sales executives or management to support team objectives and ensure operational excellence.


Essential Qualifications


Education: High school diploma or equivalent (compulsory). Higher secondary education (12th pass) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. Candidates with experience in cold calling will be given preference.
Language Skills: Excellent English speaking skills with clear articulation and professional telephone etiquette. Strong written communication skills are also essential.
Customer Handling Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Sales Aptitude: Basic selling skills and the willingness to learn and develop sales techniques. A customer-focused approach to converting leads into bookings.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with web applications, mobile apps, and computer systems. Basic knowledge of CRM software is advantageous.
