2 years of customer service or dispatching experience
2 years of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing experience
Ability to type 50-60 WPM
Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Experience using ServiceTitan software is preferred but not required. Having a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
