We're currently seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Benefits division. As an inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming phone calls from customers who are seeking information and assistance with their healthcare benefits. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring each customer feels heard, understood, and satisfied with their experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our customer service team, you'll be expected to:


Handle inbound phone calls professionally – Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers seeking healthcare benefits information, maintaining composure and professionalism throughout every interaction
Gather and document customer information – Thoroughly and efficiently collect customer data, including personal details, policy information, and account history, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
Assess and fulfill customer needs – Evaluate each customer's unique situation, identify their specific needs, and provide appropriate solutions or guidance regarding their healthcare benefits
Educate customers on products and services – Clearly explain healthcare benefit options, coverage details, enrollment processes, and related services to help customers make informed decisions
Navigate multiple systems simultaneously – Efficiently utilize various software platforms, CRM systems, and knowledge bases while maintaining accuracy and speed
Achieve one-call resolution – Strive to resolve customer issues during the initial contact whenever possible, following established resolution guidelines and escalation procedures when necessary
Meet performance metrics – Consistently achieve or exceed company and client performance targets related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and other key indicators
Balance company policy with customer benefit – Make informed decisions that appropriately balance organizational policies with the best interests of customers
Drive process improvements – Continuously evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Maintain accurate documentation – Properly document call dispositions, customer interactions, and any required follow-up information in the appropriate systems
Embrace workplace flexibility – Maintain schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed to meet business demands


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Dedicated home workspace – A quiet, professional environment free from distractions where you can effectively conduct customer calls
Reliable high-speed internet – Internet service with minimum download speeds of 20 Mb/s and upload speeds of 10 Mb/s (wireless connections are not permitted for security reasons)

Strong analytical abilities – Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service experience in healthcare, insurance, or related industries
Familiarity with healthcare benefits terminology and concepts
Experience with multi-system navigation and troubleshooting
Background in handling high-volume inbound calls
Previous work-from-home experience
Call center or contact center certification
