**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative – Global Customer Experience Expert, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing accurate information to customers about our products, services, and promotions
* Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Processing customer orders and facilitating smooth transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures
* Proactively identifying and assessing customer needs to offer appropriate solutions and upsell additional products or services
* Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to address customer queries effectively
* Collaborating with other teams, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
* Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and maintain relationships for future engagements

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
