Key Responsibilities Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport with the customer. Clarify customer requirements, utilize decision-support tools, and resolve non-standard customer issues that require clarification or conceptual thinking. Address overdue bills, collect payments, and develop repayment plans while maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services. Prepare accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and be tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in the call tracking database. Ensure service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes. Essential Qualifications To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you should possess: A High School Diploma and/or GED. A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. Residency within a 25 to 30-mile radius of the blithequark Arnold, MO site. Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills. The ability to work rotational shifts as needed. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, having the following skills and qualifications can enhance your candidacy: Previous experience in a similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in using customer service software and technology.
