Key Responsibilities Handle in-bound calls from third-party clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Communicate effectively with clients, providing accurate information, processing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Escalate calls as necessary to ensure that complex issues are addressed promptly. Document all calls appropriately, adhering to our structured procedures and policies to maintain high-quality service. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while on the call center floor, adhering to internet rules and regulations. Continuously work towards professional development by enhancing your knowledge of the cases and projects handled by our clients. Utilize downtime productively to improve your skills and performance. Demonstrate reliability and dependability by adhering to attendance requirements and complying with scheduled breaks to ensure seamless phone coverage. Attend all scheduled training sessions as required, staying up-to-date with the latest procedures and best practices. Perform other general tasks as required or necessary, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the team. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a Call Center environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service. Proficiency in desktop applications and typing at a speed of 35-40 WPM. Schedule flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities. Effective communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally and confidently. Preferred Qualifications Experience in handling escalated calls with empathy and professionalism. Excellent computer skills, including the ability to multitask, review documents with attention to detail, and type accurately. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively.
