Job Type: Customer Service Representative
Work Hours: Full-time - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Annual Compensation: $

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
Excellent grammar and writing skills
Great phone skills are required!
Light Sales experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Customer service skills
Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
- HVAC office experience a plus but not required.- Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!Can you work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively?
