Role Overview – Become the Voice of arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative in our Dallas branch, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, handling a diverse range of customer contacts—including phone calls, emails, and live chat. You’ll provide accurate information, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure every interaction reflects arenaflex’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities

First‑Contact Resolution: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, diagnose customer needs, and deliver effective solutions on the first call whenever possible.

Issue Escalation: Identify complex or high‑priority problems, document them accurately, and route them to the appropriate specialist or manager while keeping the customer informed.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
