This ensures that you can obtain and maintain the necessary clearance to perform the duties of this position. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Handling customer inquiries through phone and email while maintaining quality metrics, demonstrating your ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Participating in training sessions and applying knowledge to enhance service delivery, continuously improving your skills and performance. Using data analytics to identify call trends and report findings, helping to inform business decisions and drive improvements. Escalating critical issues to supervisors or management as necessary, ensuring that complex problems are addressed promptly and effectively. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Education: High School diploma or GED.
