There is a strong preference for finding candidates that have lived or cared for someone with similar experiences of our members.Required Qualifications? A minimum of 12 months of customer service or service industry relatedexperience with proven customer service skills? Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency, multi-tasking between online applications, and multiple screens. Working knowledge of Microsoft? products (Outlook, Excel, folders)? Provide a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions? High speed internet with the ability to hardwire via ethernet from cablemodem to PCBilingual preferred and must be able to pass language certification, if bilingualPreferred Qualifications? At least 1 year in a call center setting? Inbound/outbound call center experience? Knowledge of Medicaid?
