Position Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, career‑oriented professional to join our dynamic front‑line team as a
Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member. In this role, you will be the
first point of contact for our clients, nurturing relationships, answering inquiries, and guiding customers
through the full spectrum of insurance products—including auto, home, life, and health coverage.
Your ability to listen, educate, and solve problems will directly impact customer satisfaction and the
overall success of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

Build and sustain customer relationships through proactive outreach, follow‑ups, and community networking.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service on all inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and in‑person visits.
Answer inquiries regarding:

Insurance availability and eligibility
Policy coverages, changes, and renewals
Claim submissions and status updates
Billing clarification and payment options


Utilize a needs‑based review process to educate customers on the most suitable insurance options, ensuring they understand policy benefits and limitations.
Collaborate with licensed agents to assist customers in obtaining required Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses when applicable.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, documenting all customer interactions, policy changes, and follow‑up actions.
Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and community events to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling, supporting agency revenue goals while always prioritizing the customer’s best interests.


Essential Qualifications

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—including active listening and clear articulation.
