Build trust and rapport with members, creating a deep connection and supporting their best health and well-being
Take ownership of understanding member needs, building a trusting and caring relationship, and anticipating client needs

Explain member rights and certain limitations as per contract
Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan supports
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Availability to work a second or third shift schedule
