Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in basic computer applications
Strong problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and maintain records
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Educational Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Experience with CRM software is a plus
