Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time LPN to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Full-Time LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans. This role requires a compassionate individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ā Prepare patients for examination and treatment. Take patient histories and vital signs
Ā Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments and follow policies and procedures
Ā Assist physicians in preparing for minor surgeries and physicals
Ā Maintain the patient file, records and other information
Ā Use nursing theory to guide patient care
Ā Perform selected nursing and administrative duties
Ā Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments
Ā Give injections and apply splints and dressings
Ā Maintain... patient confidentiality
Ā Attend staff meetings as required
Ā Maintain strictest confidentiality
Ā Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Ā Graduate of accredited nursing school
Ā Current Oregon LPN license
Ā Healthcare provider level BLS/CPR certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
Ā 1+ years of professional nursing experience
Preferred Qualification:
Ā Experience with an electronic medical record system
