What you’ll do as the Customer Service Representative:
Send test reports and invoices to customers on time
Laminate and mail test tags
Answer incoming calls and emails, following up as needed
Answer questions received from customers through the live chat help center online
Receive and process requests for sample kits
Other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager
What you need to be a Customer Service Representative:
Associate’s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Database, QuickBooks and ISO quality system experience helpful
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Excellent, respectful communication required
Positive, team player attitude
