Description:
Our ideal Fitness Trainer is passionate about health and fitness and can motivate our members towards their fitness goals. The trainer will design and implement workout routines, offer advice on improving workout routines, and ensure the safety of our clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a fun, team-oriented environment, inspiring members to reach their fitness potentials.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct fitness consultations and assessments.
– Lead small group trainings.
– Assist members in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness.
– Modify movements to accommodate members’ skill levels.
– Advise members on ways to achieve their fitness goals.
– Enforce the clubs policies and safety rules.
– Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
Requirements:
– Must have a passion for fitness.
– Must be available for morning shifts.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Ability to motivate and inspire members.
– Basic understanding of fitness principles and exercise techniques.
Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Current CPR/AED certification.
– Fitness certification from a nationally recognized organization.
Experience:
– Previous experience in a fitness/health club environment is preferred, but not necessary.
